The mental load of motherhood is heavy, and many mothers are experiencing the drain and exhaustion of burnout. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Megan Velo is joining the podcast to explicitly name the load that mothers are carrying, and share what we can do to combat and manage burnout in the day-to-day.
