老外来了：一款“不许美颜”的社交APP，竟然正在西方爆火！

现在很多人拍照都会使用filters（滤镜），我们生活在一个大多数社交媒体都有滤镜的世界。但西方正在有一种声音叫be real，倡导无滤镜无美颜的社交方式。

最近，一个名叫BeReal的APP has become really popular in the US, UK and in Europe（在欧美大火），它是一款由法国人开发的社交软件。今天，我们就聊一聊，最近风靡欧美的社交APP——BeReal。

1. BeReal是怎样的一款APP

BeReal lets you see your friends for real, without filters.

在BeReal里，能看到朋友不带美颜和滤镜的真实模样。

Everyday at a different time, everyone is notified simultaneously（每天的不同时刻，大家都会同时收到通知） to capture and share a photo in 2 minutes（要在两分钟之内，给自己拍张照发上来）.

这是一种 new and unique way ，让你知道who your friends really are in their daily life（日常生活中的朋友究竟是什么样子的）。

拍照的时候，不可以自己选择镜头。在限时的2分钟内，when you post，这个APP会自动地使用你的 frontcamera（前置摄像头），以及rear-facing camera（后置摄像头）。

这样的话，一个摄像头可以拍到你的脸，另一个摄像头可以拍下你面前的场景，这样就可以向你的朋友展示a full picture of what you're doing in the moment（你此时此刻的状态）。

如果你miss the notification（错过了通知）也没关系，you are allowed to post late（可以晚点发）。如果不发的话，you are unable to see your friends' images（你就不能看到朋友们的照片）。

这个软件，不是double tap to like a photo（双击点赞），它有a more involved versionof liking（比点赞更加复杂的版本）。

To respond a friend’s post, you must take a reaction selfie or comment.看到朋友的动态后，你要拍一张自拍表示你看到图片之后的反应。

You can only post once a day. 一天只能发一次。因为大家都在相同的时间发照片，这样一来，there’s no anxiety over missing content（就不会对错过的内容感到焦虑了），也不会有time suck（时间浪费）。像在Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat以及TikTok上，都会有time suck，因为，这些软件时时都有可能在不知不觉中偷走你的时间。

2. 为什么BeReal不同于其他社交软件

It is different because it aims to lower social media addiction and overuse.

目标就是不一样的。BeReal的aim就是lower social media addiction and overuse（降低社交媒体上瘾和过度使用）。

这个软件就是社交媒体的一股清流！不允许any photo filters or other editing（加滤镜或编辑），and has no advertising or follower counts（没有广告，没有粉丝计数）。

So you are truly yourself. 你就是最真实的自己。

加的朋友大多都是熟人。It is a very fun way to keep in touch. 这种联络的方式很好玩，而且，it doesn’t take a lot of time every day（不耗时间）。

3. 梅莉及网友的使用趣事

梅莉虽然只是使用了一个月，but she really enjoys it.

It is really fun and she enjoys seeing what her friends are really doing every day.

能看到大家真实的状态真的太有趣了。

比如说，梅莉一位朋友，近一个月在BeReal上的状态都是spends most of her time in her bed watching Netflix（全天躺在床上，看Netflix刷剧）。

It’s real and healing（又真实又治愈）。

梅莉分享了BeReal上走红的一个post：

照片中，前置摄像头拍到他身后有烟，而后置摄像头拍到的是his pan was on fire（他的平底锅着火了）。

梅莉在使用BeReal的过程中，发生过一件非常好玩又温馨的事：

因为使用这个APP 时，everyone will receive a notification to send a BeReal at the same time of the day（每个人都会在同一个时间收到通知来发动态），有一次，梅莉他们大学社团开会的时候，they all received a notification to send their BeReal of the day in the middle of the meeting（开会过程中收到了通知）。Their president也收到了，然后，she paused the meeting（暂停了会议），所以everyone could take their BeReal。

不知道这个APP会不会成为欧美2022-2023年度the most popular APP。We will see!
