Keep it SUPER simple mamas! You didn't think I was gonna call you stupid did you? LOL The way I get to have intentional time with the good guys, do well at my job, keep up with this podcast for the last two years (Thank You very much), maintain sanity, and have some peace is by keeping it simple.   • Workout AKA Me Time (find out the way you like to work out that feels like second nature so it's sustainable)
  • Out Sourcing Dinner (outsource just the groceries with curbside pick up or Instacart, Yummly to pop out a recipe, or the whole meal with Hello Fresh.)
  • Be You (don't use your precious energy on trying to be something or someone you aren't)
