But in those 4 Days, life was lifin' y'all!! This episode is all about what I did for those 4 days to stay productive and what you can do too! You don't wanna stay too long in "woe is me" too long, so what can you do? How can you pivot?

  1. Acknowledge what happened and ask for help
  2. Do not forget self care amid your despair
  3. Try to figure out what this event is trying to teach you. What do you think you are supposed to learn from this dip in life?
  4. Gotta laugh about it. Surely there is some portion of what is going on that you can laugh at. What you should have done. What you didn't do. How you reacted.
