The foundation of your business is always having an amazing product that can solve people's problems. In order to scale that amazing product, you must be able to properly educate and help the client buy the solution you are offering to fix their problem.

I struggled for years on how to properly educate the client about how I can help, communicate to them what sets me apart from other options out there and get them to pay a premium price for what solutions I was offering.

Back in 2015, I saw a new client that was a very successful owner of multiple dental practices for 30 plus years that helped me start to understand how I can better what I was offering, educate my client and sell at a price that was a reflection of how much value I could provide.

In this episode, I share what I learned from being a patient in that dental office and what I learned from that experience completely changed my business and my earning potential.
