Losing weight is great but having to deal with loose skin is a headache! What if you could lose weight with minimal loose skin left on your body? What???!!! Yes, it is possible to have minimal loose skin with weight loss. On this week’s episode Martie talks about the effects of losing weight through intermittent fasting and how using this healthy route to losing weight can help you not only lose the weight you’ve wanted to get rid of for so long but can also help you do it with minimal loose skin left lingering on your body.
