Thinking, spinning, and buffering will not help you overcome hesitancy and get you to your goal of super social skills. Today we’re fortunate to have Dr. Christine Li share some insight on how procrastination affects us and what we can do to eradicate it.

Dr. Lee is a New York-based clinical psychologist and online she calls herself "Procrastination Coach." She helps people who are struggling with underperforming at home and work to begin taking action with ease and high levels of productivity. Her coaching process is a blend of mindset strategy, time and emotion management techniques, and a deep belief in the power we each have when we treat ourselves with love and good self-care. She is the host of the popular podcast "Make Time for Success" and the author of the book "5-Minute Self-Discipline Exercises: Stay Motivated. Cultivate Good Habits, and Achieve Your Goals."
