This is the first week that I have not been connected to the absolutely corrupt and crooked “Child Support” enforcement program. They are a terrible program and they know it and they do not care. I read the other day that births are down worldwide by ½ . That is good news! Who wants to have a kid now anyway? It is becoming very common knowledge that having children is just a bad deal. There is a very tiny possibility that your child may become something great and you will probably develop a strong emotional connection with them, but it is definitely not at all worth the absolute tragedy that a parent will have to endure for the rest of their life. I know for certain if I had known in advance of the utter tragedy that parents (Just parents) will have to go through just because they decided to replicate, I for sure would have never become a parent. Now if you are reading this take it how ever you want, just learn from my mistake. Like Ray Dalio says, “I am a professional mistake maker” When you are young, and stupid like I was when my girlfriend got pregnant you tend to do stupid things. As a young person or maybe you are not young, whatever you do, DO NOT HAVE A CHILD! If you are thinking it will provide a slight distraction, it won’t. Find another way, preferably something that has a lot less suffering involved lol. Let's say the “Family” courts or the “Child Support” system was not involved in my life at all. Having children is still a very bad decision and before you have children, you have a choice to do it, or not do it. Once you decide to have a child, the choice is now gone and you HAVE to love that child no matter what. That used to be no problem, but now these kids can cut off their sexual organs without their parent's permission, and it's perfectly legal. Also, during covid (This happens all the time) A parent needs to decide to stay home with their child or go to work and risk bringing home the infection. That is a very har decision to make especially if you have an infant at home. “Child Support” doesn’t care, but if you don't have their money, they care about that. They do not even care if the problem was caused by them. Whatever problems you can possibly dream up about your ex, I assure you they are not nearly as bad as the “Child Support” enforcement program is, I promise. Like, take, for example, my ex. I can not stand her, she is super ignorant and the fact that she is in Greece is a good thing now, but I would deal directly with her in a moment if I knew that would make “Child Support” go away. How sweet it is to be off dumb "Child Support" I filled out a form on the "Child Support" website because they do not have an email address for questions. You have to fill out a form and submit it, then when they get back to the office, they will send you a response from a "NOREPLY" address. But they will arrest you at any time. They will suspend a driver's license or a professional license with the quickness too at any time. Let's say you are a realtor, the title company will stop you from getting paid based on that. Let's say you are a surgeon with a "Child Support" suspended medical license, insurance companies will not pay if a license is suspended, is that the fault of the patient, no it is not, does "Child Support" care about that at all nope they do not. "Child Support" makes lives miserable, and they get paid heavily for it too. So if they have an opportunity to make money they do it. So I only set up a hearing to terminate at their suggestion. I just do what they say until they stop telling me what to do. So a couple of days before the hearing, I sent an email to the judge's assistant. She replied to me and the mother that this hearing has been canceled. She did not say in that email why it was canceled just that it was canceled. So I set this hearing up in 2024, I sent a notice of hearing to the mother via the remote court filing tool. For some stupid reason, she canceled that hearing that I had been waiting for over 2 months. So I sent her email that she could have told me that months ago and we could have fixed this then, but she chose to ignore me. She sent me a couple new proposed dates that were in April 2025. I emailed her and advised her that in addition to her causing me huge problem, the "family" court system and the "Child Support" system are now losing money on this case and the cancellation of that hearing is costing everyone a lot now. The next email I got back was her telling me the FL dor has entered a line in the case docket, so my case is now closed completely. I replied to that email and copied the mother on it advising that my case with the American "Child Support" system is now officially closed, and I am so happy! Just to let everyone know that hearing that she canceled would have been charged to the client of an attorney and never returned. Also, I noticed that comment from the FL DOR last week but the judges assistant now had the motivation to actually look. They do this all the time, they do not care about the parents at all. Today, I am talking about the differences between schools and their rules now versus 30 years ago. I think the rules that are in effect in schools now are horrible. I understand why they are implemented and why they need to be followed, I just think they are crazy, is all. I think the rule that allows cell phones in schools is horrible for teachers and other school staff. I understand how they help and how they are a safety mechanism, I get it, I do, I just feel bad for the staff members at these schools. These children LOVE these devices. When I was in school, there were ways to cheat on pretty much anything in school, but all of those methods were analog. Now there are many more new and improved methods of cheating. The methods that were popular when I was in school would be very easily seen by the teachers or staff. Now you can cheat from another student who completed the assignment previously using text messages or some other application. Mobile devices in schools are a very difficult choice to make. Because mobile devices do provide a level of safety and can save lives, the rule that makes them allowed in these schools is a no-brainer. Even though we know that mobile devices are bad in many types of ways, they have been known to provide safety and save lives, they are now allowed in these schools. It does NOT matter what the staff says about them, all that matters is that they save lives. My mother says that parents get their children phones to help themselves. I think that is so true, mobile devices help the parents a lot more than they help these kids. Since mobile devices are adored by the kids, the parents always say “HELL YES!” I am a full-time Uber (human) driver. I have driven for Uber for over 6 years now. In those 6 years, I have driven over 10,700 trips. Out of all of those trips, a single parent (a father) told me that he denied his 10-year-old son a cell phone. I was like “hell yeah” because they are horrible, the kids all have the same argument which is valid. “Johnny has a cell phone” This guy says the same thing as me lol. “I do not care what Johnny has, you are not going to have a cell phone” The radio frequencies that these cell phones operate on are well known to cause cancer. Also, emails and text messages are created to look like they are authentic. When I look at them objectively, they look like they came from an authentic place. I usually just delete them or call them on the phone. Clicking a link in a message can cause a lot of problems. It takes the person that clicked that link to a page that collects data. The data can be phone numbers, addresses, social security numbers, usernames, passwords, email addresses, bank account numbers, routing numbers, and all the information you want to keep to yourself is asked for in these messages. That information is all collected into a database that can be sorted by any field. That collection of information is exported and then sold to the highest bidder. Just talking about the intentions of the "Child Support" enforcement (program). They have the appearance to the masses that they are helping these children, which is a huge lie. These "Family" court judges know what is about to happen to them. They know that they are knowingly about to make a ruling that is about to change the lives of the entire family going forward. This is the most ruthless type of crime, it has the appearance of being civil, but is really the worst thing that will ever happen to anyone in that family going forward. Today I want to talk about several things. One is that I am 2 days into a 14-day prolonged/extended fast. I always do water-only fasts. I know that a “dry” fast isseveral times more powerful and what I am doing in 14 days with water fastingcan be done in a 3-day “dry” fast. I do not care, I need at least water. Going 14 days without solid food is very hard as it is, especially for an old fat guy who loves pretty much everything and is allergic to nothing. I have always had a huge appetite. I fast every August and February. In August 2024, I did a 7-day fast and I loved the numbers. The weight loss numbers were awesome, the ketosis numbers were awesome too, so this February I am doing a two-week water-only fast. Other than being very hungry, it is going off without a hitch. So in August 2025, I will fast for the entire month of August (31 days in August). I am stopping at the 1-month mark. I will fast for the entire month of February 2026 and that is it. There are lots of studies on fasting and the evidence from the Medical Doctors, all say the same thing. As long as you have plenty of access to drinking water, and you consume that water while fasting are not pregnant, do not have anorexia or bulimia, and are not underage you are good to go. The human body can go for a very long time on just water consumption alone. The human body switches over to ketosis and runs off of that, and the weight loss is amazing. Last year, I noticed on the very last day of my fast, that my hunger went completely away. I am waiting on that to happen, but if it does not I will just be hungry for 14 days I guess because this is happening! https://youtu.be/FV5oErw98MU That and the fact that I am now not required by “Child Support” to pay $300.00 each month for a child that lives in the foreign country of Greece. There is a little bit of money now. A tiny bit of money. The “Child Support” agency lives and dies by the order signed by a judge. They do not care that the child you are paying for is in a foreign country, the only thing that they care about is if the child you or the mother dies. Then and only then will “Child Support” end prematurely. That is why it is so important to get that judgment down as low as possible when you are in court the first time. Gather evidence, use your cell phone and your Google Drive. take pictures with your phone of your kid all the time. Especially when your kid is with your ex-spouse. Take pictures all of the time and upload them to the cloud and then delete them from your device. Take videos and do the same thing. When documents arrive from “Child Support”, take pictures of all of them too and create a folder called documents and put all of them in there. Use the metadata from those pictures to stamp the date. That metadata is extremely useful all the time. A couple of weeks or so before your “Child Support” hearing, give them to your lawyer using the share option and send them a link. I would also put a deleted items folder in there with instructions to put all deleted pictures in that folder so the parent can look at them and if there are any questions about them they can be asked. If you have a lawyer anyway. I am a prose litigant, I refuse to pay gobs of money to a lawyer and then on top of that pay gobs of money and have to deal with the dumb “Child Support” agency. Also, this was told to me by an old friend who was helping me but died in late 2017. He said to me which is very true. No one will ever care as much about your case as you do. I do believe that all children need support, but the current “Child Support” system is an evil company that is owned by the government. Today I want to talk about the act of actually raising children. It is a very hard thing to do already, There is no question about caring for your children and if the parents are still together then you also have to care for your spouse. This is all while making sure the children do the right thing, learn how to do things correctly, and are good people. The parents have to discipline their children too. The parents are supposed to wait and dish out punishment when they are not angry anymore. This is very hard to do, I tried it. A parent has to watch their children fail, this also sucks a lot. I have also had to do this. The parents have to make sure there is a stable income for the entire family, the children seldom understand the magnitude of anything. They do not usually understand cause and effect and that certain things depend on other things occurring. When I was young, I was afraid of getting a whooping from my parents, now these kids are like “I don’t care if you whoop me, just please do not take my mobile device away. For a child, mobile devices are also a huge problem. The fact that those devices even exist is a big deal to me, mobile devices in classrooms though is an entirely different story. Ever since the Columbine shooting in 1999, mobile devices have been allowed in classrooms and schools. That is a huge problem for teachers and principals too. A lot of parents said (which is true) that if these kids had their devices they could have reached out to their parents or called for help earlier, saving lives. There was a total of 15 lives lost. If that were to happen to my child, a phone call or a text message would have alleviated a lot of stress. There is so much that goes into raising a child as it is, it is a very hard thing to do. Then the “Child Support” office and “Family” courts get involved and make a parent's job even harder to do. Right now is not the time at all to have a child. It is the only surefire way to avoid this entire ordeal. The thought of having something in your life that you have loved and cared for a lifetime can be taken away from you at any time can be avoided by making the correct choice now, while there still is a choice, because if you follow your instincts and have a child, that choice will be gone and the next 18 years of your life will be really bad, the “Family” courts and “Child Support” know all of this, and knowingly make everything worse. Today, I want to talk about what happens in the courtroom and how to behave in there. Always address the Judge or magistrate as “your honor” or judge. I have never been in front of a magistrate, but I would call them “Judge” or look up on the internet how to address them. Keep in mind that bad things are going to happen in this courtroom no matter what. In any other court case a continuance would be awesome, but what “Child Support” does is calculate what ever amount the judge orders retroactively back to the birth of the child. I did not know this at the time, but what you want to do is establish a date in which “Child Support” starts accruing and you want to make that date as close to the present date as possible. This is very important! Remember, this is a “FAMILY” action. What is happening here is that there is a division of family and their assets going on here. The lawyers and judges and the entire court system want to assign a monetary value to everything possible, the problem with that is that there is no way to put a price on family life, but they have a lot of power so they do just that, all the time. Since American law is on the side of “Child Support” all parents are deadbeat parents to these judges and magistrates. Pay no attention to the lies or embellishments of the other side and their lawyers. Their job is to make you look as bad as they possibly can in front of that judge. Your job is to get that number down as low as possible. Whatever number they spit out, if I haven’t heard it before, I am going to balk at it, cut it in half, everything and anything to get it as low as possible because what that judge says is usually what they write in the order. The Judge and the lawyer for the other side just want to get this case done so that they can move on to the next one. I would use that to my advantage. I would spit out a lower number and say if we can get here, we can get this entire case done right now. If the judge agrees to that number, the lawyer for the other side usually will go along with the judge and try to get their client there too. Make sure to also have the medical care (health insurance for that child) taken care of because the paying parent will also have to be on the hook for that. In the case of a loss of a job, if one parent is named as the provider of health insurance that parent will be responsible for that health insurance until “Child Support” runs out no matter what happens. If the insurance company goes under, or if that job is lost for whatever reason “Child Support” does not care about anything but that judgment. Just talking about how bad the "Child Support" agency is. They are horrible evil really. The only way to avoid "Child Support" and the "Family" courts is to not ever get married and do not ever have children. Now is not the time to have kids. The best thing that can be done is to use your mobile device to build your case with. Gmail accounts come with 15 GB of free space. I have an email address that I just use for dealing with the "Child Support" agency. I started using it in 2019 and as of right now, it is not even close to half full. The method that is used to collect from parents now is very bad. Do no expect the other parent to behave civil towards you. The other parent has requested the serv ices prom the "Child Support" agency and from that point on the family is now going to be treated like criminals. If there is a child then that child needs to be supported, if a parent applies for American Government assistance that is also an application for "Child Support" services. Just talking about my experience with the "child support" agency, part 1. It has been a very long, very hard road, but it is now behind me, and I am Grateful. I remember before, she wasn't even pregnant with our son yet. We were at her friend's house and her friends' boyfriend was having "Child Support" problems with his ex. When we left there we got in the car, and she said out of the clear blue to me "I would never do that to you" I believed her, I did that a lot. She paid large sums of money to a lawyer and the to the "Family Court" system to hurt the child. I did not know how treacherous she was/is. It turns out that she is treacherous, she is a bad human, and the problem I created for myself was her. In any relationship, there is always 1 person that is smarter than the other. It ended up being a hug help, but she is/was is stupid, and I am not. I just wanted to pay "Child Support" to her and spend time with my son when ever I could. Being ignorant, she had to involve the government in our Family life. It did not matter my choice to do business with them or not, they are going to do business with me no matter what I want. She thinks what they say "They are actually helping these kids" They are not and they do not care. I just wanted to pay, see my son, and go about my business. Just talking about how the "Child Support" agency got back to me last Wednesday. I speak about what I have learned in the courtroom as a prose litigant over the years. I understand that there are parents that have a child or children right now, and they are wondering what can be done, right now. The answer is NOTHING American law is on the side of "Child Support" right now. For the future though, file a petition to modify the current order as soon as possible, like tomorrow or this week or something. Then when you are asked about modification then you want that modification to start on the day that the petition was first filed. That is what I did. It was exactly 1 year after I filed that petition, and I was asked in private mediation what I wanted to get done. I highly recommend private mediation because public mediation is a joke. I was only asked about what I needed to get done in private mediation. Public mediation only cared about the $120.00 wasted that I paid That was in addition to the $798.22 I had already paid and the back "Child Support" of over 10K that I also paid and was utter B.S. anyway. Just talking about how the child support website says that I owe $300.00 still. I have uploaded pictures explaining everything. I included a screenshot of the email from the child's mother advising that the Child that they are collecting "Child Support" on, graduated from high school and is enrolled in college. I also uploaded a copy of the current signed order that they are working off of right now which outlines that I am supposed to pay when the child turns 18 or when he graduates from college, which ever comes last. Their site still says I owe $300.00 for January 1st 2025 which is a bunch of crap the judgement says I do not have to pay any more and the Hillsborough Clerk's office also says that too. Just talking about how I submitted a question last week to the "Child Support" agency asking if I need to make a payment for January 01, 2025, and they finally advised that I did not, and I was elated. There is still a process that I need to complete with the court system in Hillsborough County, FL. I have a court date in February 2025 scheduled via ZOOM because the other parent is in Greece. I captured the email that the "Child Support" agency sent to me last week. I looked at the first letter that I ever got from them, and it was in 2009. So I have been dealing with them ever since, and they are horrible. The "child support" agency knows that the law is on their side, and they do horrible things to parents all the time, and they are like no we didn't. The only sure fire way to not have to deal with them is to not have kids in the first place and if you already have a "Child Support" Judgment, then just pay it always so that you do not have to deal with them.
