This is my second year of having my garden, and I've been struggling with this morning glory infestation that I thought I had under control at the end of last year. It's like no matter what I do, it just keeps coming back. It's a constant battle, and it's got me thinking about how similar it is to our struggle with self-care.

Sometimes, we neglect our own needs, thinking we can push through. But just like the morning glory, those neglected needs can eventually overwhelm us. It's a reminder that self-care isn't a luxury, it's a necessity. Even small steps, like taking a few minutes for yourself each day, can make a big difference.
