While overthinking itself is not a mental illness, it is associated with depression, anxiety, eating disorders and substance use disorders. Ding, ding, ding... sound familiar?? The great news is – it’s a habit. And with some dedication and practice, the right strategies and mindset, you can overcome this habit and get peace of mind. And in this special episode I'm taking the guesswork off your plate and breaking down the 9 types of overthinking, and how to stop it! In this episode, I’ll help you understand… What overthinking is and how it shows up The 9 types of overthinking so you can identify what to work on Why we do it and HOW it impacts your daily life Effective techniques to stop the overthinking and regain control of your thoughts So click the play button and let's dive in!
