Matt Schneider an amazing business man, instructor of the project and an overall super bad ass human. He had an interesting childhood to say the least. He had a great mom, 4 siblings but she couldn't pick a man that was going to last. She is on her 9th divorce... Imagine the revolving door of men...

Imagine, having so many male figures in and out of your life. Boyfriends, father figures and how it shapes a young mans life. Due to this he has become super adaptable. He has become a man that is a wonderful father and husband.

The past shapes your present. The present life that he has created is a life of stability for his family because it was lacking in his home. At the age of 11, as he was in school and friends started coming over, he finally realized that he wasn't living in a "normal" life.

His journey led him to be a protector and to the law enforcement world. The world of protecting was second nature because of how he was raised. He took on the head of the household at a young age because he had to.

He is a man that is never a victim of the circumstances but a victor! He loves working with his son and spending time with him, to be the father. As a special ops officer, he learned how to navigate difficult situations. He learned that you never get all the information but you have to make quick decisions, which is similar to being an entrepreneur.

His past experiences have led him to being an awesome developer of people. He loves working with his entrepreneurs because these people take action.

He is a team player and seriously one of the greatest men I have met. During the project, he was one of the men that made me have faith in myself that there was a reason for this madness and the outcome was worth it.

He is the guy who you see across a hotel lobby and just get good vibes in your body. He lifts people and doesn't break them to grow them. He is honest and raw and this interview....

Well it is just as raw and real as they come!
