“Never Binge Again” by Dr. Glenn Livingston is a book that asks you to label all thoughts demanding excess food as "the pig" (or whatever deprecating term you prefer). It's a straightforward approach that gives you no excuses. This book appeals to people who are fans of a little tough love. But isn’t there already enough self-loathing and blaming that comes with binge eating, so we don’t need extra?

In today’s podcast episode, I’m going to discuss why I personally dislike the Never Binge Again(TM) Method to stop binge eating.
