As we look at the gig economy, the great resignation and as more and more companies are deciding to go the direction of work-from-home indefinitely, boundaries have never been more important than they are today.
Kristina and I sat down to talk about healthy (and unhealthy) boundaries. They’re hard to implement, important to construct, and necessary for our mental and physical health and happiness. Kristina and I dig in on the tactics we use to stick to our own boundaries and how we find ways to honor other people’s along the way.
