A great way to keep life fresh is to learn something new every day. It can be anything! Just like a muscle, the mind grows stronger when challenged. Rep after rep, gains start being made. But, learning takes a lot of bandwidth, right? Well, if the mind can grow stronger like a muscle, then it should be able to "lift heavier loads" resulting in a bandwidth increase. It's a good loop to be in. The more we learn, the stronger we get. The stronger we get, the more we can learn. The initial learning curve might be steep, and the pain can get real, but it's that good pain we feel when training, working out, or simply pushing ourselves to the limit.
