As promised, today I wanted to give you a brief market flashback.

We saw the same trend at the beginning of 2016 through the end of 2016. Basically, it was a seller’s market with heavy buyer demand and low inventory. We saw multiple offers on properties in a short amount of time.

If you had a good agent, they were able to explain the difference between the offers that came in that would get you the most amazing deal.

Thankfully, the election is over, interest rates are still low, and inventory is still low. Whether you’re in a position to buy, sell, or do both, it’s time to hop on the boat, because it’s a great time to do it.
