Stepping outside of ourselves and doing the work to process your emotions. If we were to all master this or at least try to master this we as a symbiotic group of individuals would evolve. Emotional maturity makes our lives rich and fulfilling. To reach joy and happiness we have to study our emotions on a daily basis, acknowledging the emotions, learning from them instead of acting on them. This will create a more empathic human being and you can truly delight in the rhythm of life.
