Oren teaches Buddhist meditation, mindfulness, and communication internationally. He is the author of several books, including the bestselling Say What You Mean: A Mindful Approach to Nonviolent Communication (2018) and his latest work, Your Heart Was Made for This: Contemplative Practices for Meeting a World in Crisis with Courage, Integrity, and Love (2023) which is the focus of this podcast.
