Lisa completely transformed her life post separation. She turned to a path of spirituality to support herself and her family. This change provided her with the strength, courage and love that she needed for herself. She transformed negative energy into positive by learning how to heal others and herself with Tibetan singing bowls. She discovered that her 7 year old son was diagnosed with permanent hearing loss. She realized that as she leaned into the bowls for support, she found that the vibrations they produced really helped him. She is the author of an amazing book called I Am Light - 180 days to remember who you are.
