Okay okay...I admit I'm so excited for the weekend because I get to rep my black & yellow (baseball mom era over here!) But I'm also very excited to bring you a new episode on the podcast today.

If you are like me & most of the women I coach, you are highly successful in your life. But, recovering from years of unhealthy behaviors with food & awful thoughts about your body feels truly hard to overcome.

What you need to know: core beliefs you've established since childhood are playing a big part in where you are right now & learning to shift these beliefs can literally break the chains that are holding you captive.

In Episode 172, I share the 3 types of core beliefs, how they are fueling disordered eating behaviors & what you can do to transform these cycles.
