In this replay, I share with you 2 important questions that you can ask yourself if you are ready to QUIT on recovery.

Maybe you feel like you have tried over and over again to recover from disordered eating patterns and behaviors, but you just don't have what it takes....you can't seem to find the magic sauce to "food freedom".

Maybe, you are starting to believe that recovery isn't possible for you, and that you will just live with food controlling your life for the rest of your life.

On the inside, you truly want freedom from disordered patterns & unhealthy thoughts of food, yet you just don't know where to go from here. You don't know what to do? You feel like you want to throw in the towel & quit.

I'm here today to remind you that you are not a quitter. You my friend, you are a conqueror. You are healing. You are growing. You have possibility at your fingertips of a new life & future.
