We're heading into that New Year, New Me marketing that we see all over social media. Annnd, while I buy into some of it, I also don't at the same time.
But, one thing I do buy into is setting aside time for reflection. The new year is a great time to reflect on life & yourself. If you're reflecting & feeling like you're ready to take yourself to the next level, listen on for a super simple identity shift you can implement.
SOME QUESTIONS FOR REFLECTION
— Are you living in congruence?
— Are you too closely identifying with labels or diagnoses?
— Are you allowing your personality tests to rule your toxic behaviors?
— Are there labels you are identifying with that you'd like to move on from?
— How are you truly viewing yourself? Because you will continue to act in accordance with how you do so
