Today, I'm giving you a crash course in meditation but not without giving you a little insight into my week leading up to this episode, and why I need a little meditation just as much as you do. I'll lead you through a guided meditation experience that will help you create and access your own personal paradise and you'll be able to escape to it whenever you need a little peace.
