In this episode Mpho shares her sentiments on celebrating and or spotlighting themed months such as International Women's Month. During her reflection she questions whether:
- Black people’s stories and businesses only deserve a spotlight in the shortest month of the year.
- Black excellence only happens in February
- We should feel unwanted or lonely whenever our loved ones cannot or choose not to do something special on Valentine’s Day
The episode closes with a request near and dear to Mpho's heart.
