When working with a luxury buyer, it’s important to understand their wants and needs.
Of all luxury buyers, 57% own more than one home. This gives them a lifestyle advantage, and Palm Beach County is one of their favorite places to own a second or third home.
The size of the home is not as important to this group as the amenities are. They will overlook up to a 1000 square feet of room just to get the amenities that they enjoy.
