We have a short (and high energy) chat for you today. We took the opportunity of being in the same room to record an episode straight off the back of our live "Diet Culture Spring Clean" webinar.

We chat about an episode of the 'The Rest is History' podcast about the history of Italian food which is very different to the myths and assumptions that are made about it. It's fascinating and you might want to listen to it here.
