What an incredible way to close out season 8! Today’s New ADHD SPARK is Jenn Strout and you are in for one hell of an amazing time. This is the first time she has spoken publicly about her ADHD and her story is amazing. Jenn is currently an entrepreneur and has recently launched a business in the fitness world. The link to her company is listed below. But there was something about talking to Jenn that stood out more than anything else…her focused intensity. Jenn has the most beautiful focus I have come across in a long time. All of you listening know how intense I am and most of the time, it is looked down on. But not when talking to her.
