Here’s a cocktail book for bibliophiles and book lovers, with 100 recipes for drinks, plus side notes on famous literary hangouts and bars, food pairing tips, and info on hosting your own literary salon.
Recipes include Dorothy Parker’s Whiskey Sour, F. Scott Fitzgerald’s “Gin Rickey,” Charles Dickens’ Cherry Cobbler, Edgar Allan Poe’s Eggnog, and Oscar Wilde’s absinthe. I’ll likely take notes and make a shopping list for the next time I head to a Total Wine or BevMo to restock my liquor cabinet.
