We have covered how to meditate so far, but it is important for you to understand the game of the mind, it will try to trick you into believing something that's not true. For example, when you sit down to meditate, you guide your awareness to your breath, but your mind takes that awareness into a thought that you are experiencing something totally different, it can be something as a feeling of blissfulness, feeling that your energy is raising in your body, feeling of levitating, feeling of flying in the sky, or something else, but it will take your awareness away from your breath. You will need to overcome that challenge by keeping your awareness on your breath instead of getting carried away. In this episode, I touch up on that and share the names of some asanas you can try to sit in a deeper meditation. Enjoy
