Many of my clients are sharing that they are feeling incredibly tired, or even after sleeping they feel exhausted. Some are experiencing crazy dreams. I believe we are doing a lot of work while we sleep. I’ve been having the most wild and vivid dreams lately – the dreams that stick with you, and you ponder it for days after.

One most recent dream still has me processing. It included a opossum, fox. raccoon, white eagle and an orange tabby cat.

There are many types of dreams. Dreams that teach or provide learning opportunities, working dreams, dreams for entertainment or adventure, nightmares, recurring dreams and lucid dreams.
