In this episode, Marnie talks about how life is a journey, how we all need to find and listen to our inner voice, develop a clear vision of what we want and where we want to go by asking ourselves questions and doing things that scare us.

Marnie is an entrepreneur, certified health coach, podcaster and author. Marnie helps busy women and teens implement personalized, gradual and sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes to create a happier and healthier life.

Marnie suggests having two journals to help tune into and find our inner voice. One is a brain dump journal where you just write down your stream of consciousness. The other journal can be more prompted, writing down what you are grateful for, what you desire, diving deeper into your thoughts and feelings, and even used to retrain your brain. This exercise can bring out different aspects of yourself.
