There have been loads of races going on, and lots more to look forward to, so today we cover a lot of results from the big races and how listeners have been getting on! We then chat about why more and more people seem to be doing marathons, and how anyone can start at any age! Its also our one year anniversary so we take a minute to celebrate and thank all of the lovely listeners for sticking with us :-)
