Kirk Martin developed the parenting approach of Celebrate Calm out of necessity in the parenting his own child. It may sound simple, but his strategy is a game changer. The basic principle is that you can only lead your child to calm when you first find that calm within yourself. I am not sure about the rest of you but 2020 has not lent itself to a feeling of calm for me.
