Nancy Levin is a Master Coach and best-selling author. Her most recent book about boundary setting is called Setting Boundaries Will Set You Free. We talk during the time of lock down due to Covid 19 and cover how setting boundaries can change the way you approach difficult situations. One of the points she makes that has stuck with me is that in setting clear boundaries, we might have short term discomfort but we trade that for long term resentment.
