He is also the director of mental conditioning for the UCLA women's basketball team and works with Russell Wilson's company, Limitless Minds to help teach the principles of great culture beyond the locker room into board rooms.

As a former two-sport D1 athlete at WSU who achieved a Pac-12 championship, captain, and academic all-American he has maintained relationships with other colleges across the country such as Miami University, Tulane, UW, WSU, Northern Arizona, and more where he consults on mental performance.
At WSU he obtained a Bachelor's in sports management and minor in business as well as a master's in education.
