Today’s topic is one that I think hits close to home for so many of us: fostering a sense of belonging.

If you’ve experienced childhood trauma, feeling like you truly belong can be really challenging. Maybe you grew up feeling left out, misunderstood, or even unwanted.

As adults, we can carry those wounds into our friendships, relationships, and even our relationship with God.

I want to let you know that there are spaces where you do belong. God created you for connection—with Him and with others.

And today, we’re going to unpack why belonging matters, how community helps us heal, and 5 practical tips to help you foster a sense of belonging in your life.
