Strong and independent, highly competent, capable and resourceful - you most likely appreciate that in yourself. And you should. Being super independent as a woman is not a problem. But being in the habit of taking care of everything ourselves can lead us to be less open to receiving from a man. And that's the kind of independence that can become a block for love and romance. In this episode I share with you what an unhealthy independence looks like, what micro-rejections are, and how you can strike the balance of being highly independent, but still open to receiving.
