Unless you have been living under a rock for the last year what is going on in the world is absolutely bonkers. The cost of living is high and goes up each day. Inflation is higher than we have ever seen in most of our lifetime, this leads to uncertainty and everyone being tighter about what they spend their money on.

It seems like everyone is raising their prices to help adjust to what is going on, which is completely understandable. The issue I am seeing is costs are going up, but the level of quality seems to be getting worse.

As humans, we tend to be stuck in the loop of "monkey see, monkey do." So when everyone else is raising prices we go along with the trend and do it as well in a reactionary response.

The higher the prices get for everything the more things people will start to cut out of their budget to stay afloat, which can be disastrous for those in the service-based industry.
