The time is come for me to let go on a deeper level the idea that what's valuable in my life is outside of my control. What's valuable in my life is accepting who and what I am; not feeling that I'm dependent on other people or events outside of my control.
Accepting the existence of inaccurate thoughts allows us to choose not to act on them. The thought coaching. I offer assists people in acknowledging their thoughts and building the freedom to choose whether to act on those thoughts are not. This is the most effective way. I know to improve our life.
