Do you have a hard time getting and staying focused?
In this episode of Success Genius, I’m bringing together all of the research I’ve done and tools I’ve discovered or created to help with focus. If you’ve been around here for a while, you’ll know that this is something I’ve spent a lot of time working on. This episode is the culmination of it all.
We’re starting out with the biology and physiology of focus, then moving into a conversation about why focus is a hallmark of a highly productive state, and I’m leaving you with some simple everyday practices that you can use to build focus.
