In this episode, Vaidya Mishra explains how vibrational healing is extremely important to live a healthy life, and at the core of his teaching is the knowledge of the Heart Lotus. The Heart Lotus is our vibrational heart and sitting in the centre of the lotus, is our soul. Vaidya Mishra shows how they are connected to each other and the effect that they have on both the mind and the senses (which he describes as five wild horses driving the mind).
