When you hear about neurodiversity, what comes to mind? Some of you might think "different." Some might say "I don’t know." Others could even say "superpower." Whatever your answer, this episode is for you as we’ll explore all three perspectives.
As we grow more knowledgeable about neurodiversity, we're uncovering the unique gifts that neurodiverse individuals bring to the table. Many of our top entrepreneurs and business leaders, like Richard Branson, Barbara Corcoran, Steve Jobs, Angela Henderson, and Elon Musk, have openly shared their neurodiversity. On a more personal level, leaders at schools need to wake up, as our children need us to best educate and nurture their superpowers. Otherwise, our children may lack the resilience to become elite leaders like the distinguished business leaders I've mentioned.
Do you know if young or teenage children have superpowers? Well, I guess you’ll have some homework to find out. Join me on this episode with my guest Dr. Tiffany Jameson as we discuss "How to Best Support Your Neurodivergent Child in All Stages."
Dr. Tiffany Payton Jameson is passionate about transforming the way organizations approach wellbeing, mental health, and neurodiversity. With a unique blend of academic insight and hands-on experience, she specializes in helping businesses create inclusive cultures that empower all individuals, particularly those who are neurodivergent. Her approach is grounded in the latest research, but what sets her apart is her ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies that drive real change.
Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to challenging the status quo and advocating for environments where everyone can thrive. Whether she’s speaking to corporate teams, consulting with leadership, or working one-on-one, her goal is to inspire, educate, and equip others to build spaces that truly value diversity of thought and experience. She believes that by prioritizing mental health and embracing neurodiversity, she can unlock the full potential of every individual and, in turn, the potential of their organizations.
Tiffany has a PhD, Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Canyon University.
