Being motivated is overrated to some degree. The bottom line is everyone feels unmotivated from time to time. Over the years, I have found ways to navigate the times I simply don't want to do what I need to do.
One thing I didn't add to this episode that rings true is the times I do what needs to be done even when I am NOT motivated. No biggie. I think the 7 things we talk about in this episode will ring true for you too!
