She believes in the power of healing and brings love, light, and empathy to the darkest depths.
Claire, with over a decade of experience as a health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition coach, and as an adoptee empowerment coach, is dedicated to supporting the Korean Adoptee community and those seeking positive life changes.
Her client-centered approach, rooted in neuroscience and nervous system regulation, empowers KADs to embrace their unique journey, overcome challenges, and achieve lasting transformation. With her expertise as a Somatic Breathwork practitioner, Claire helps release stored trauma held in the body, guiding individuals on a powerful healing journey.
