Myth busting alert: Muscle does not turn into fat. If you’ve heard this - it’s simply not true. Jenny is here with us one on one this week to break down the science of what’s really going on with our muscles when they’re used or neglected. So, how can we build and maintain muscle as we age? This is the burning question for women, because biologically it becomes harder for us to keep, form and increase muscle mass year over year beyond 40.
