Everyone has an opinion about meditation, but few have tried it.
Here we explore a number of aspects of meditation such as:
The brain works of different brain wave patterns. High beta (very active brain), beta, alpha, theta and delta (sleep).
We go from beta to delta every time we go to sleep.
We meditate when our brain is in alpha and theta. Now we are in the subconscious mind and where the soul has room to glow.
Learn why you would want to meditate, such as to organize the vibrations in your heart and brain, to relax and destress, to hear your souls voice and more.
Learn the how. It is easy, it is something all can do.
And get int the magic space of the spiritual reality where you can literally transform yourslef and make your good dreams come true.

Life is a Gift
Help me bring light to this world by turning your attention to the good and opening yourself up for the good in others and how amazingly connected we are to the good core of other humans and to the much bigger picture that we all fit in.
