#016 - Do you ever work with herbs while dreaming?
Join us for a very special conversation with herbalist and flower essence practitioner Katie Rose Browning on the power of listening to and embodying herbal messages in the dreamtime.
We recorded this in the rainforest of Costa Rica where Katie and her family are stewarding and living in relationship with the land at Casa Vida Flor. So you will hear all the sounds of the environment including the river, birds, wind, rain, and children playing in the background.
It was a very dynamic experience! And we enjoyed connecting with this amazing land throughout our conversation.
In this episode, Katie offers profound insight into the magic and power of what can happen when we listen to and honor messages coming forward from the herbal realm in our dreams. She also shares about a very potent dream that directed her family to move and become stewards and deep listeners of the land at their home near the Children’s Eternal Rainforest in Costa Rica.
Katie also offers wisdom about her experience of living in reciprocity with the plants and the Earth. And she shares about her experience of working with flower essences for vibrational healing, and the importance of reconnecting with the cycles: of time, of the Earth, and of the moon.
Katie Rose Molina Browning (she/her) is the Director of Embodying Herbalism and steward of Casa Vida Flor in the rainforest of Costa Rica. She’s a certified herbalist, flower essence practitioner, and Earth-centered ceremonialist; and she offers tropical herbal mentorships and Embodying Herbalism through the moon cycles.
