This week I interviewed Dr. Dravon James, the founder of Next Step Leadership Academy, a company that empowers women to use everything that shows up in their lives, good or bad, to reach their next level of greatness.
In this episode Dr. James shares her tough childhood growing up on the south side of Chicago, poor and losing her father at an early age then shows us how she helps people live in peace everyday.
Personally I am most excited that her goal is to leave the medical field and do leadership training full time.
