On Today’s episode, I am super excited to have Heidi Pittman and Oriana Kolonsky join the podcast.
Oriana is a Product Manager, Workforce Strategist, Labour Relations Expert, and an Industry Advocate. As a Product Manager and owner of Industry Workforce Development of Canada, Oriana promotes opportunities within the transportation industry, enhances workplace development, human resources, while providing labour strategies and expertise.
Heidi is a CPHR member and collaborator on various AMTA projects. Since 2017 she has been actively involved in the Transportation Recruiter space. Her family has a rich history in the transportation industry, which really inspired her to take a deeper dive into the root causes of current industry issues and to get involved in research and solutions outside her own company.
The information shared is very valuable to small and mid-size carriers that possibly have not hired before, and are looking to expand their business and drivers looking to learn more about the hiring process works.
