In this episode, I want to talk about prioritizing sleep on your TTC journey.

Sleep is important for our overall health but it's one of the first things that may get cut short when our schedules are busy. While trying to conceive, especially after a pregnancy loss, sleep is important too. It gives our bodies energy, helps to repair and it can relieve stress. I'm going to share 4 ways to wind down to help you get ready for a good night of rest.

I hope this brings you peace and starts your journey toward emotional wellbeing.
