In this episode I talk with Kai Cook, the founder and lead instructor of Deep End Fitness Vermont. Kai has spent a significant portion of her life on the water and on the slopes, which later led her to open Deep End Fitness.
Kai and I discuss the importance of doing the hard work in trauma recovery and the way getting in the water and breathwork play a role. Kai loves working with elite athletes but also has a passion for partnering with first responders and veterans to help them achieve healing and resilience.
